What Is Msme Udyog Aadhaar Registration - Udyog Aadhaar is a twelve digit Unique Identification Number provided by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India for small and medium enterprises in India. How to Register MSME using Udyam Registration Portal - The new MSME registration process is completely online, paperless and based on self-declaration. No documents or proofs are required to be uploaded for registering an MSME.

  • On successful submission of application, the enterprise will be assigned ‘Udyam Registration Number’ (i.e., permanent identity number).

  1. All existing enterprises registered under EM–Part-II or UAM shall register again on the Udyam Registration portal on or after the 1st day of July, 2020.

  2. All enterprises registered till 30th June, 2020, shall be reclassified in accordance with this notification.

  3. The existing enterprises registered prior to 30th June,2020, shall continue to be valid only for a period up to the 31stday of March, 2021.

  4. An enterprise registered with any other organisation under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises shall register itself under Udyam Registration.

Classification of Enterprises - An enterprise shall be classified as a micro, small or medium enterprise on the basis of the following criteria, namely:-- (i) A Micro enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed one crore rupees and turnover does not exceed five crore rupees; (ii) A Small enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed ten crore rupees and turnover does not exceed fifty crore rupees; and (iii) A Medium enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed fifty crore rupees and turnover does not exceed two hundred and fifty crore rupees Revised MSME Classification A micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) is classified as below- Classification Investment in plant and machinery or equipment Turnover Micro enterprise Not more than INR 1 Crore Not more than INR 5 Crore Small enterprise Not more than INR 10 Crore Not more than INR 50 Crore Medium enterprise Not more than INR 50 Crore Not more than INR 250 Crore

Udyog Aadhaar Registration Information Required For MSME Udyog Aadhaar Registration 1) Aadhaar Number: 12 digits Aadhaar number issued to the applicant. 2) Name of Owner: The applicant name as mentioned on the Aadhaar Card issued by UIDAI. 3) Social Category: General / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Castes (with proof). 4) Name of Enterprise: Name of the legal entity to conduct business. One applicant can have more than one enterprises doing business and each one can be registered for a separate Udyog Aadhaar and with the same Aadhaar Number. 5) Type of Organization: Type of Business entity or Legal Entity. (Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, Hindu Undivided Family, Private Limited Company, Co-Operative, Public Limited Company, Self Help Group, LLP, Others) 6) Postal Address: Address of the business including mobile and email address. 7) Date of Commencement: The date on which businesses was started. 8) Previous Registration Details: Details of previous MSME registration, if applicable should be entered here. 9) Bank Details: Details of the bank account of the company including IFSC Code and Bank Account number. 10) Major Activity: Major area of activity of the business - manufacturing or service. 11) NIC Code: Business Detail Activity 12) The person employed: The total number of people employed in the business. 13) Investment in Plant & Machinery / Equipment: Amount of money invested in terms of machinery and equipment by the business in Rs - Lac 14) Tournover Last Year : - Last Year tourover in Lac.
